- 4¾ oz salted butter
- ½ cup cocoa powder (+1 tbsp)
- 1¾ cups sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F) and prepare pan.
- Melt butter and mix with cocoa, sugar, flour, and vanilla.
- Add eggs and mix until smooth.
- Pour into pan and bake 20–25 minutes.
- Cool slightly, dust with cocoa, and serve.
Notes
- Do not overbake for gooey texture
- Use 7–9 inch pan for best results
