Ingredients

- 225 g unsalted butter
- 225 g dark chocolate (70%)
- 75 g cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 7 eggs
- 265 g caster sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan.
- Melt butter and chocolate until smooth.
- Add cocoa and salt, mix well.
- Whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale.
- Whip egg whites to stiff peaks.
- Combine mixtures and fold gently.
- Bake in two stages for gooey texture.
- Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
