- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Blend blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Layer whipped cream and blueberry puree in glasses.
- Swirl gently and serve immediately.
